  • Fasten pelvic strap across hips
  • Cross hands over chest, rest chin on chest
  • Extend backwards keeping chin on chest, do not jerk the weight, return slowly to start position
  • Exhale as you extend, inhale as your return to start position
  • Do not hold breath
