the foot plates so that the hip joints are in line with the machines'
axis of rotation (indicated by red circle), the knees should be slightly
bent
- Fasten
pelvic strap across hips
- Cross
hands over chest, rest chin on chest
- Extend
backwards keeping chin on chest, do not jerk the weight, return slowly
to start position
- Exhale
as you extend, inhale as your return to start position
- Do
not hold breath
