height of seat pad to desired position and secure seat belt
- Using
foot pedal advance level arm into start position
- Pull
handles until aligned with chest
- Return
handles to start position
- Exhale
as you pull down, inhale as the handles return to the start position
- Use
foot pedal to retract weight and exit machine
- Do
not hold breath
