foot pedal to position arms
- Grip
bar lightly and push with elbows
- Lift/Lower
weight with a smooth, contolled movement
- Use
foot pedal to return weight and exit machine
- Exhale
as your bring bar towards waist, inhale as the weight returns to start
position
