CHINNING

  • Select amount of body weight to be exercised from weight stack
  • Grasp chinning bar and kneel on knee pad (ensuring your keep your back straight)
  • Pull up slowly
  • Bring arms together in a controlled movement. Slowly return to start position.
  • Exhale as you bring arms together, inhale as you return to start position
  • Do not hold breath

DIPPING

  • Select amount of body weight to be exercised from weight stack
  • Grasp dipping handles and kneel on knee pad
  • Dip slowly, ensuring full range of movement then return weight stack to start position
  • Inhale on dipping, exhale on returning to start position
  • Do not hold breath
  • Warranty: 1 year
